Masking is no longer mandatory in common areas of the clinic. However, we do have vulnerable members in our community and you may be asked to mask in the waiting area prior to your appointment. Please note, Cami still requires her clients to mask in her treatment room.

Massage Therapy
Massage therapy consists primarily of hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, specifically, the muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints for the purpose of optimizing health.
Massage therapy treatment has a therapeutic effect on the body and optimizes health and well-being by acting on the muscular, nervous and circulatory systems. Physical function can be developed, maintained and improved; and physical dysfunction and pain and the effects of stress can be relieved or prevented through the use of Massage Therapy.
Massage therapists in Ontario must be registered with the "College of Massage Therapists of Ontario":http://www.cmto.com/
Osteopathy
Osteopathic manual therapy is a holistic, hands-on approach to treating pain and dysfunction that focuses on restoring proper function and movement within the body.
It is based on the understanding that all systems of the body operate together to create and sustain health. Osteopathy views the body as a whole and aims to identify and treat the source of the pain and dysfunction rather than the symptoms with the goal of providing permanent rehabilitation.
An osteopathic treatment begins with a specific assessment to identify the underlying causes of the pain and dysfunction. This is achieved by taking a thorough medical history and by performing a postural assessment, orthopedic and other manual tests.
Treatment is based on this assessment and consists of gentle manipulation of the skeletal system, soft tissues (muscle, ligaments, tendons, and fascia), the viscera (organs), and the craniosacral system.
Naturopathic Medicine
Naturopathic medicine is a health care system that combines traditional philosophies with modern scientific knowledge. It is the art and science of treatment and prevention of disease. Your wellbeing is best supported when the underlying causes of health and disease are addressed, and when all aspects of you as an individual are included in this process.
NDs use botanical medicine, acupuncture, solid nutrition, homeopathy, and lifestyle counselling to support your unique healing process. Traditional methods of assessment and laboratory tests are used to guide the choice of therapies.
Your individualized treatment plan will be created with the goal of helping you feel informed, connected and cared for as you optimize your health.
